I have been married to Julie since 17 May 1980.

We have 3 children, Lauren born 1983, Russell 1985, and Hayley 1989.

Lauren has finished her double degree in Health Science and Commerce at University of Western Australia. She duxed the Health Science course! She was working for the Injury Control Council of WA, then with the University of Western Australia Centre for Genetic Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Currently with the Health Department in Broome. She and partner Gareth have bought a villa and have moved out on their own. They married in October 2010. You can see photos and video here. They now live and work in Broome.

Russell has completed a Computer Science degree at UWA. He then worked for about 9 months and backpacked around UK and Europe. He spent almost a year away, see "Russell's Adventure" for more on that. Since his return, he worked at the BHP nickel mine at Ravensthorpe to save enough money to go again. He then backpacked around North America. Currently home again, now working at Flight Centre in Wembley. If you need a holiday, call him, he is very good at it.

Hayley has graduated in Civil Engineering at University of WA and working for GHD engineering, in their airports division. Someone in the family had to have some aviation in their blood.

Julie  is a lady of leisure, but puts in many hours of voluntary work, mainly at St Mary's School. Now I am home all the time, we have a much better social life, not having to worry about what shift I will be working.
